Privacy Policy
How we handle your data.
WeBot Agency operates webot.agency and publishes applications including CrazyCade (com.thiscrazylife.arcade). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Effective: 2026-04-21
Last updated: 2026-04-21
Summary
- We do not sell your personal data.
- CrazyCade shows no third-party ads, runs no analytics SDKs, and does not transmit your gameplay data off-device.
- The only personal data we collect comes from forms you submit on webot.agency and from Google Play handling your purchases on our behalf.
What CrazyCade collects
When you use CrazyCade:
- In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We receive a purchase token and acknowledgement from Google so we can grant you access to the content you bought. We do not receive or store your payment method, full name, or billing address. Google's handling of that data is governed by the Google Play Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
- Unlock state is stored locally on your device (Android shared preferences,
arcade_unlocks.xml). This file records which games you have unlocked. It is not transmitted off your device.
- No analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs are embedded. We do not profile your play behavior.
- No account or sign-in is required. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, or location.
- Crash diagnostics: Google Play may collect basic crash reports through the standard Android mechanism to help us fix stability issues. This is handled by Google; we see only aggregated, non-identifying reports.
What webot.agency collects
When you submit the consultation form
- Name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional), and whatever you choose to write in the message field.
- This information is used only to respond to your request and coordinate a discovery call. We do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing.
- We retain this in our internal CRM for the duration of our relationship plus up to 24 months for follow-up, after which it is deleted or anonymized unless you have an active engagement with us.
When you browse webot.agency
- Standard server logs may record your IP address, browser type, and referring URL. Retained up to 30 days, used only for abuse prevention and aggregate traffic analysis.
- We do not use third-party tracking cookies. We do not share browsing data with advertisers.
How we use data
- Deliver services you requested (respond to consultations, grant purchases in CrazyCade).
- Maintain and improve our products (fix crashes, respond to user reports).
- Comply with legal obligations (tax records, fraud prevention).
We do not use your data to train machine learning models, sell it to third parties, or build advertising profiles.
Third parties
The small number of third parties that process data on our behalf:
- Google Play Billing — processes in-app purchases in CrazyCade.
- Google Play — distributes the app and provides basic crash reporting.
- GitHub Pages — hosts webot.agency; standard server logs apply.
- Our hosting / CRM provider(s) — stores consultation form submissions.
These parties operate under their own privacy policies and our contractual terms.
Children
CrazyCade is appropriate for a general audience and does not knowingly target children under 13. We do not request age, identity, or account information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data through the consultation form, contact us at the address below and we will delete it.
Your choices
- Delete unlock state: uninstall CrazyCade to remove all locally stored unlock data from your device.
- Restore purchases: Google Play keeps a record of your entitlements. Reinstalling CrazyCade and tapping "Restore" will re-grant any games you previously bought under the same Google account.
- Access or delete consultation form data: email us at the address below; we will respond within 30 days.
- Regional rights (GDPR, CCPA, etc.): if you are located in a region with applicable privacy law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port the personal data we hold about you. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Security
We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls, periodic review) to protect information we hold. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users in the event of a material breach as required by applicable law.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and — for significant changes — post a notice on webot.agency. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
