Terms for WeBot work.

These plain-language terms describe how WeBot Agency handles reviewed AI agent jobs, Studio access, Office skill packs, and customer approval. If a signed agreement says something different, the signed agreement controls.

Reviewed work

WeBot uses AI-assisted workflows, local or hosted tools, and human review to produce drafts, plans, research, code notes, documents, cards, or other deliverables. Customer review is part of the delivery process.

Payments and scope

Stripe processes payments. Monthly access and one-time jobs cover the scope shown at checkout or agreed in writing. Larger custom builds, sensitive scraping, production integrations, and long-term storage require separate approval.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate context, source files, constraints, and review feedback.
• Do not submit material you do not have the right to use.
• Review outputs before relying on them for legal, financial, medical, safety, or regulated decisions.

Acceptable use

We may refuse work that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, privacy-invasive, or outside the agreed scope. Paid ads, affiliate links, tracking pixels, production integrations, and broader retention promises require explicit approval.
